Mar 28th: The Runaway Cart

Thus, as Fantine is being arrested by Javert(get used to the coincidences; there's a lot of it here), Valjean comes about and recognized his former worker and, as mayor, uses his power to get her into a hospital instead of a prison(because, as you might know, health conditions were not that good for 18th century hookers in France).

But then a cart loses control and the driver gets crushed under it. Valjean is the only man who can help him by lifting it up, and that act reminds Javert of a certain prisoner of extraordinary strength who broke his parole years before.

A hint: it's Valjean. Plot twist!
