So, how many of you guessed "Raccoon"? 
Anyway, this one might be a riot for all of you furry transformationists out there. I myself had some fun drawing all the details of Zip's furrification into a lovely raccoon.
On the supposed joke, racoons are usually associated with sly stereotypes, but Zip is anything but sly or a smartass, so the only reason for his hidden animal traits to be of a raccoon might be his intense liking of shining objects. Which would maybe work better as a joke if he was a raven, but I needed a mammal.

I would have never guessed Raccoon... though Zip's character would probably piss off my neighbor, just as quick as raccoons do, so they are pretty close.
Good transformation, you can still tell its Zip but also shows good animal traits.
one thing for grammar is the use of uh eh and umm
these are good but theirs too many, I would say to get rid of zip's "eh" in the last panel 'cause its not necessary for his statement to become a question.
one thing on art too, I like how the black patterns on zip's body are "sketchy" but the right foot would be filled in a little bit more to fit in with the rest.
I just realize the black on the right foot goes further up his foot then the left one....
other then that it looks good.
oh and since college started here I'm a lot more busy and so these things will be short and quick, I'll try to keep critiquing the comics two days before there posted. but the other pic's will take longer due to homework.
